Returns & Refund Policy

At Olive Street Market Store, we are committed to delivering high-quality Mediterranean

foods and specialty items to your door. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order,

we’re here to help.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

Opened or used food items

Gift baskets or custom bundles

Items marked as “Final Sale”

This policy is in place to ensure food safety and comply with health regulations.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us

within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the product and packaging to help

resolve the issue quickly.

A description of the issue

Photo(s), if applicable

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10

business days. Refunds may be partial if only part of the order is affected.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us directly. After that

window, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for perishable or already-shipped

items.5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers once the order

leaves our facility. However, we’re happy to assist you in tracking or resolving delivery

problems.
