Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Olive Street Market Store. We work hard to ensure your

favorite Mediterranean foods arrive fresh and on time. Below is our current shipping policy.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses in the Gold Coast and Brisbane Australia.

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 2 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping rates are based on weight, distance, and selected shipping method.

4. Perishable Items

To maintain freshness:

• Perishable orders may ship Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.

• We may use insulated packaging and cold packs (seasonally) for select items.

• Please refrigerate or freeze items immediately upon delivery if needed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your

order at any time through our website or the carrier’s site.6. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (e.g., weather, holidays, or service

disruptions), but we’ll do our best to assist if there’s an issue.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders

returned or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Reshipping fees may apply for returned packages.

8. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you offer in-store or local pickup:

• Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.

• You’ll be notified when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).

• Pickup hours: Wednesday between 1-2pm or Saturdays from 9am – 12pm
